It's here! We have Aria & Kelly represented Paradiso Girls to asnwer these questions. Thanks to everyone who participated in sending questions, hope you satisfied with the answer. Here we go!:Its really funny because we don't really get compared to the Pussycat Dolls I think it is because we have a complete different energy to them. The great thing about our group that sets us apart from other girl groups is that everyone brings something different and unique to the table, we have 3 lead singers with completely different tones to there voices we also have a rapper baby share and myself who DJ's. I don't think there has every been an all round group that does everything.
2. Above all the clothes, glamour, dancing and stardom, is music first priority for you? A lot of artists can get carried away with image and what's on the outside.
I think music should always come first you can never take away from a good song. I think it is easy for people to get carried away with it all but it is simply a lifestyle choice they choose. But that's why great artist stay around because they keep on writing great tracks and you can never take that away from them.
3. Have you established a musical identity that listeners can immediately identify to you? As in if I hear one of your songs and I don't know it's you at first, will the first thing that comes to mind be your name? if so, will your album be a testament to that?
Yes i think so like i said before because of the 3 singers unique voices really sets a different tone as when Aria sings her accent comes through and Lauren has a real soul to her voice while Chelsea is our little power house add on Shar's raping skills and you can tell its a Paradiso Girls song. Plus most of our music is fun and up beat with a cheeky edge so that would always be a give away for our tracks....
4. What is the title of the album? second single? and release date?
The album is called Crazy Horse and will be released sometime this fall. For the moment we are concentrating on our first single. We have an idea of what the second single is but I don't want to spoil the surprise but I will tell you its gonna be wicked.
5. I love the fact that you all come from different backgrounds and countries, will you be just singing in English or have a mixture?
At the moment our first album is all english but I do know that Shar and Aria are very keen to rap and sing in there native languages how fun will that be.That's why i love this group we are all so versatile ad I'm looking forward to the future when we get to show the world what we have as you have only had a taster of what Paradiso Girls can do.
6. Which of your songs was the most fun to record in the studio?
-Kelly
I loved recording one of our tracks called 'Easy Rider' written by Celo from Gnarls Barkley he crammed all of us girls in the recording booth together it was a tight squeeze but so much fun and it really made the track sound strong.
-Aria
We recorded 50 songs last year for this album and to be honest I enjoy every single song...I love to be in studio :) I could just sleep there :) hahaahhaha
7. If you could choose one artist you could collaborate with now, who would it be and why?
-Aria
We have already collaborated with pretty amazing artists, including Will I am, Eve, and Lil Jon......but personally I would love to collaborate with Madonna because I admire her as an artist and her career....she is a legend
-Kelly
I would love to collaborate with someone like Debbie Harry, Alison Goldfrapp or maybe Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. I love female alternative rock stars that set there own trends and don't follow the crowd. They are individual and unique.
8. Do you think you have songs that will define your generation? Songs that would still sound current and brilliant ten, twenty years later.
I think Paradiso Girls and our songs will always be remembered for being fun and edgy we don't mind being cheeky.Life's to short to always take yourself so seriously always be proud of who you are...
9. Will you be touring the country after the album is released?
We are currently on a club tour around America promoting 'Patron Tequila' i think it is really important to go to all the clubs and build our foundations as it is such a club track it makes sense to start there also to get all the DJ's playing our song too.
10. What do you feel is your biggest accomplishment thus far?
-Kelly
It really is getting in this group and moving out to LA.I have done various things in London including a comedy series but my dream was to always move out to America and work over here.
-Aria
All your life you accomplish different things....everything I have done throughout my life has brought me where I am today with the Paradiso Girls. I am just happy about everything I have accomplished and I am looking forward to the future.
11. Chelsea you was on The CW's 'Search For The Next Doll' how did the experience help or change you and make you who you are now?
The experience taught me so much because I have never been trained in singing, dancing, or anything! I didn't treat the show like a competition, I mean I knew it was, but I really looked at it as my own personal training and now I bring what I have learned and now learning even more with the paradiso girls. BUT, It was a great first experience in this industry and I am beyond great full and has mainly taught me to never give up!
12. Will you be another of those girl groups who start fighting over who gets the most airtime and lines on a song or does the most interviews? If not, why?
I think because we have already been together for nearly two years now that we have had time to get to know each other properly plus we lived with each other as well which helped .None of us are from LA so when we moved out here we really only had each other which brings a closer bond I think we really count on each other like sisters. So even though we fight sometimes which is natural I am very proud of my girls...
13. How do you relax and prepare yourselves for all the performances and interviews you do?
We are all so hyperactive that we are not really the relaxing kind, but when we have a big show I will go off on my own for 5 minutes and reflect on what i have to do and go through things in my mind.
14. How do you stay in such great shape?
-Aria
I eat like crazy and I love dessert. I dance eight hours a day and some power yoga as well to help me burn all those donuts and cheesecakes :)
- Kelly
I love hiking up Runyon Canyon . Also if I am in LA i have a personal trainer 3 times a week who kicks my butt into shape!!!
15. If you all had one wish for the group what would it be and why?
